About our Partner

Digital Bridges mission to is close persistent gaps in digital readiness, entrepreneurship and career preparedness, and durable skills. We aim to create equity, reduce poverty, and improve employability for all our students. The magic is in our culture. We deliver engaging programs in an environment that is empathetic, supportive, and energetic. Creating unforgettable learning experiences and bonds that last.

Digital Bridges was born with a mission to close persistent gaps in digital readiness, entrepreneurship and career preparedness, and durable skills.

Below is a detailed description of the challenges we help to solve.

Entrepreneurship Opportunity Gaps:

  • Small businesses make up 99.9% of all U.S. businesses but a minority of the workforce.
  • Women- and minority-owned businesses still lag far behind firms owned by white men.
  • Women-owned businesses have skyrocketed by 114% over the past 20 years; however, the revenue share of women-owned businesses has fallen .02% in that same period.
  • The majority of entrepreneurs did not possess a college degree.
  • Minority-owned businesses were less likely to attract outside funding.

 A note from our founder:

Hi! I'm Connie, in 2017 having spent my career as a business   development and marketing professional I knew I needed a bigger   mission. I wanted to help people improve their lives, and I wanted to   do  so in a way that is focused on impact and helping people that need   it the most.

I thought about what constitutes the skills of success and where the   gaps lie in our education system. I did my homework.

I chose to focus on skills that are highly impactful, yet woefully under   taught. Skills that impact both young and old, and are major   determinants of both financial gain and personal satisfaction.

 I hope you'll join us!

 Connie
